Stic Metering Block suppliers and info

Hello all!
I am looking into upgrading my 38mm PWK Air Striker with a Stic metering block.
Are there any US or North America suppliers for these?
I was browsing Google and ran across the Tokyo Offroad site/store. While looking at the pictures I noticed "Made in the USA" milled clearly into it. That sort of made me think "Why buy a USA made part, that was shipped to Japan, only to have it shipped back to the US?
Also, it seems a good starting point is somewhere around 48 to 52 on the pilot jet and 190 to 200 main jet. Is this still an appropriate range to start at?
