Time to freshen her up

Hello all, my oldest son finally wants a dirt bike 
so I’m pulling my 88 cr500 out of the shed and gonna freshen her up. My dad bought the bike in 89 and we’ve had it ever since. I rode it as a teen then got a newer cr250. Haven’t ridin for a while, but now the oldest son wants a dirt bike. So it’s time to wake her up and get her back to lookin good, so I can have a bike to ride with him. I’m in the hi desert of SoCal and Lookin forward to seein what you guys have out there and hope I can add to the forums.
