flywheel weight help

years ago i had 20 ounces welded on my flywheel. the flywheel weight is shaped like a donut with all the weight on the outside. it was welded on then turned down on a lathe making it true and balanced. i have forgotten where i had the work done and would like to find somewhere, someone that could do it for my new build.

That was a steahly, don’t know that they’re up for it anymore, later models were threaded on as the nut and retained with 4 set screws
