2009 YZ250F FRAME conversion?

Hello to everybody here.
I tried a search to find what I was looking for.
Unfortunately I couldn't find anything.
So maybe someone could direct me to the info I seek ?
I recently traded an 06 yz450f for 2 project bikes.
One is a 2002 cr250 with a blown top end.
The other is the reason I am here.
It's a 2009 yz250f frame with a 90's cr500 motor.
My problem so far is that the front section of the " y" frame has been cut.
Previous owner was heading the route of fabricating or machining the piece.
I can obviously find multiple sources to fit this in the 02 cr frame, but I think I'll just rebuild that top end.
So does anybody sell/fab/machine the part im looking for?
Maybe someone can direct me to a source that can help.
I live in northwest bc Canada and I can find plenty of highly skilled aluminum welders.
But the machinists and fabricators here may not have the skill or knowledge.
