87 Cr500 fork oil amount

Ok so ive been searching all over trying to figure out the right fork oil weight and oil amount for my forks. i am going to be putting new fork seals and bushings in them. I also want to run a thicker oil and possibly a tad more oil so i can jump the bike without bottoming out. Any help would be great.
