Frames and suspension matching

Will 02 cr250 suspension bolt up to 06 crf 250/450 frame. I cracked my 02cr 250 frame with 96 cr500 engine on main beam under gas tank. Thinking of trying to go with the 06 crf 250/450 frame if I can use 02 suspension that has been set up for 500? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks,

They both are Showa suspended bikes, but the axle offset may be different. Take one fork off the 02, and see if the axle lugs line up, in the other bikes triple clamp. The change in lug setting will affect how the bike handles, whether it's for better or worse will depend on your preference. In 05, Honda pulled the 450 axle lug in 2 mil over the 04 450, and in 08, I think it was, they reduces the offset 2 mil in the triple clamp.
