wheel swap question?

Just a quick question about wheel fitment. what year rear and front complete wheels will interchange?

85/94 on front. If disc, rear from 87/99 I think. Correct me if I am wrong.
OLD: You don't know what the f--k you're doing.
PREFERRED: I think you could use more training.

Seems about like what I found out. I put a set off a 97 on my 92. Rear bolted right up, front was a big axle, so I swapped in a set of 2000 forks and caliper.
