Help!!!!

Post by freeride588 »

Ok so my bike is having some issues.

The crank seal was bad and sucked tranny fluid. I replaced the seal and went through the bike just to make sure. Carb good and jetting was good before this. Reeds look good. New pipe and silencer. Air filter clean. After outting it back together it started right up and was smoking alot. So it continued to heavily smoke and runs but sputters and wont rev out. Let me know what you guys think im at a loss here. Thank you.

replace the float, unless you just did it, if that dosent fix it it needed to be replaced anyways
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

Carb is new and i checked the float. Good idea though.

Turned out there was just alot of tranny fluid in the crank that needed to be burned out. Ran it for awhile changed the plug and its good.
