GEN 2 Help Needed? PLEASE!

I need some help please? I have a 2001 CR 250 and will be placing my 97 motor in it. Will this Y work on my GEN 2? This Y piece is for a GEN 3. Any help is appreciated!

Mike, The gen2 rails are rectangular, queer stuff.
I can sell you rails which are square, can be matched to fit that Y and make an excellent fit.
these are the same rails used on a 125 project witht he CP conversions Y
