Magicracing.com Keihin jets.

Post by icediver »

Just a FYI. I ordered a couple main and a couple pilot jets from Magicracing.com and just received them. They are not factory Keihin jets, even though their website shows a picture of factory Keihin jets.

I have emailed them and are awaiting a response.

For those that dont know.. The Real Keihin jets are drilled, flowed, and then stamped the correct number.

Cheapie ones are just drilled and stamped. They are very inaccurate.

You may install a "Larger" one, and lean it out instead..

I had a 172 main in my 87 that blubbered on top for the hell of it I slapped in a 172 genuine kehin jet and it ran a ton leaner.

I threw away all of my non-stamped jets that day, its the one place im definatly not looking for a bargain.

My bro-inlaw Steiner-311 and I may have a connect at Sudco. Let me get a hold of the guy and see what he can do.

I'm just waiting to hear back from Magicracing now to see if they will fully refund my purchase including shipping. Then I'll order some real ones through Sudco. I would have purchased them there initially, but there online odering is only via email or phone.

Dennis Kirk sells them one at a time, sudco sells the 4 at a time.

By the way mains do wear out over time just like rod
