I remember when she looked like the little girl in the first pic....now she is starting to look like her mama!
To answer your question ...yes do!!!!!!
Just start her on something small that fits her put a throttle stop on it if you have to but get that girl riding!!!!

my boy couldnt ride his bicycle without training wheels when he was 4, but he could ride a z-50 without them

She rides a bike well and isn't scared of anything. She wants to go ride with me. Hauna is a tough girl. I think she would be fine.
