I have a few AF bikes on the go all the time, Kinda like to keep an inventory of motors and frames for myself  :P.
I'm planning on narrowing down things to end up with my 2009 450 and 2011 kxf250 500cc conversions, so this bike is for sale.

This gen3 2003 250 chassis has been waiting for me to get my butt in gear for a year or so. With the CP500 conversion Y It turned out pretty nice.

We've got a pretty good arrangement for equipment. I own the milling machine, lathe, etc, and my brother owns everything you'd use to stick things back together, Miller Dynasty 350, and some other Miller welders, etc  ;D

MRE ported engine
90.50mm vertex
66cc coolhead
39 PWK from sudco (could end up with a smartcarb  ;))
Billet covers
Barnett stainless fingered 250/450 clutch assembly
Wide ratio trans set
stock reed and boot
stock pipe
FMF powercore silencer
2008 450 wheels, intending on using black 18"excel rear with matching front that I need to mount tires to
1987 orange body
blue seat with honda stencil
black fork guards
rebuilt forks
serviced shock
new swingarm
7/8 Wurtz bars

Bro can make a heck of a nice job in any place, here I didnt want to pluck the motor out so instead of a queer, left handed weld I figured he would attempt the guy go cross handed for stability and welds it without getting heat near the engine cases.

If I didnt need to spend time with the kids I could have been starting it up lastnight. This weekend I'll get it running, tuned and posted for sale.

Are those polisport plastics? I've seen them for sale but the color in their pictures makes it hard to tell what shade of red they are. I love that look, it takes me back to when I was a kid dreaming of riding something that was way out of my league. DROOL.
