Wont it run hotter with only one coolant hose?

If I had 2 hoses, they'd have to join together to go into the single rad inlet anyway.
So no, it won't run any hotter.
The gen 1 has 1 rad, so only one hose in, and one hose out.
Cools perfectly.

I made this for about $0.69. Everyone said it was too ghetto........ so I caved and swapped it out.

I still like it.

I like the last setup. I will try the T copper hookup first. And see how it goes.

Only thing is that there is a small kink, maybe another clamp to help it not kink?

All better now on the left side

looks like you could use a section of a stock CR500 rad hose upper section with a prebent curve in it and just clip to fit or go to your local auto parts store and find some prebent heater hose. The stuff under the tank while not the prettiest thing I have ever seen looks like it will work and should be hidden by some bodywork so you probably can get away with that. The left side I would be looking for some more prebent or something to eliminate some of those clamps and joints maybe it's hidden by bodywork as well and you could get away with it. The right side you have to clean up with some prebent stuff or it will jepardize the whole builds cleanliness and make the whole thing look ghetto....an extra clamp isn't the way to go.

I used a stock gen1 97-99 cr250 rad hose to go to the top of the rad from the copper t on the head. Just trimmed it a couple inches.

I've bee going to Autozone and digging through their hoses to find custom stuff, you may need to get something a couple feet long just to get that bend formed but that is not a good place to have a restriction.
Gen 2 AF, yes it's a SH, so I can call it an AF Damm it!
