? is this fixable

I was grinding down my motor mount welds today and ended up grinding too much so that I made a small hole in the frame...can I just have a welder fill it or do I really need a new frame

I'd just cut out the bad chunk and put a solid piece back in and weld completely over it and then smooth it back out
