I picked up a KX500 and it came with needles N82M and N82R for the PWK39.5. It runs good with a 50 pilot, N82M in second clip and 168 main. No porting just PC platinum 2 and Vforce 2 @ 4,500'.

I have a bunch of needles from jetting my CR and was thinking about playing with different needles on the KX, I called Sudco to see if I could cross reference kawasaki needles to Keihin needles but they could not help.

Anyone play around and find a magic needle for the KX?

those needles have multiple tapers so they cannot be cross referenced. I can tell you that my cr ran like ass on the stock kawi needle.
