gday guys
just wondering im buying a 2002 cr 250 and i plan on putting a 1994 cr500 motor in it.
im wondering since ill be getting pstoffers to do my conversion, would i be able to use a 2005 frame. i say this because i am looking to buy a frame in USA and get it sent to paul to do all the welding and such. I live in Australia so i dont really want to send my frame over then get it sent back.

Are their any benefits in using a 2005 frame?? will all my hardware from the 2002 fit the 2005 frame??

The cr250 2002-07 is my favorite chassis, I've got 6, 2 as 250s, 4 as 500s. Heck, one of them I bought and haven't seen it yet
Paul knows what's up with that chassis and has competed with one as a 500 for years.
There's no other AF that has been built as long, and everything but the main chassis is also shared with the 125 so parts are cheap!
I prefer their handling over the gen 1,2 or 4 bikes I've rode.

Could you give some blokes numbers that do it in Australia. Wouldn't mind pstoffers but it'll be cheaper to get someone in aus to do it.
