-2005 CR450R frame converted by animalpower500.com
-1997 CR500 Motor. I did own that complete bike as well and it was painful to break down that perfectly good steely; that bike was incredibly low hours.
-DECOMPRESSION VALVE!!! Amazing little mod done by a guy off cr500riders.com - No joke you can start this in tennis shoes with no worry of hurting.
-Oversized radiators
-Devol radiator guards
-Oversized (450X) gas tank. Will outlast my buddies stock 2010 450r and all of our TRX250R's in the dunes
-Oversized Fastaway Foot pegs.
-Excels
-FMF Gnarly pipe and "Q" series silencer.
-More random billet, steel braided lines, etc

Have some extra parts too:
-Fresh seat cover identical to photos (vinyl on sides wears quickly)
-FMF Fatty pipe - Do some research this is the one to have and they don't make it anymore, quite a commodity on the 500 sites. My intention was to get it recoated.
-Shorty silencer
-Old clutch parts, plates, rods, springs.
-Last piston - Good to take along, I change them way too early just for peace of mind.

Her Story:

I live in Alaska and store some dune toys at my Dad's place in Hillsboro, Or (that is where the 500 is currently). I built this bike slowly over the winter of 2010. All motor work and welding was outsourced to builders with good reputations. There were some growing pains for the first ½ dozen trail rides so I was able to work those out properly. Once I was completely satisfied with the reliability and ride everything was tore down, motor rebuilt (top and bottom), every piece polished, greased, anti-siezed, and/or lock tighted. The bike was shipped down to Oregon in 2011. Since then I have made it down three times for Thursday-Sunday dune trips. I also have a cr250 and trx250r so not as many hours on the 500.
