A/F Conversion pre-fab parts

I am starting my 04' CRF 450 conversion to the A/F 500. 1) I am looking for some Pre fabricated motor mounts (2) the engine jig, (3) lower frame work type material. (4) Specifically for the Y tube what is the correct amount needed to be removed or us it just a estimated guess but using the engine jig for alignment is the best method. (5) Also can anyone suggest a individual that can create the decompression head. (6) electrical system capable of allowing the bike to street legal like stator ans such. (7) optional, is there a reliable fabricator around anymore other then service honda that people are using or speaking to these days.

Any help would be appreciated in these areas, I'm tired of seeing the bike sit in the garage not being ridden more....

I have a 03 450 frame already converted for sale if you are interested.
