She needs some TLC in places. My guess is the roller had sat outside for a good bit before it was picked up for the conversion.

Yeah, seemed like a good guy.
He was very easy to work with.

He came by my house months ago... took a bunch of measurements off my bike and asked alot of questions..... said he was going to start building bikes.
Seemed like he was only into it for the money, not really a rider or looking to build the best bikes he could... just pump them out quick and turn a buck or two....
Your bike looks decent enough.
How did you hook up with him?

His website (500conversions.com).
The fab work looks good. I believe the rear end of the bike sat outside. I've been cleaning the bearings, and cleaning up the rear wheels, and caliper. I'm fussy about my bikes. Overall I'm still happy with the bike. I broke my lower back on my KTM so it will be a few weeks before I really get out and see how strong the engine is.

not to get off topic, but how does that 2012 KTM 300 compare to the 500? I understand the 300 has 57 hp stock.

I can't say yet. 4 weeks ago I broke my lower back, and have yet to ride it.
