I want to swap a rear wheel from a steely to an AF. I've heard that it's a simple as a bearing swap. Does anyone know how to get the collar that goes in between the bearings. I guess should look it up and see if it's a honda part.

Any tips on the ordeal?

It's no prob, that spacer from the gen2-3-4 will work in the Steele and gen1 hub. Just swap bearings from there. I kept a few wheels to go Steele also so there's a block and spacer set to adapt. I posted pics in the shoppers section a long time ago.

The seal in the sprocket side is no problem. The seal on the 6 point ring is too big to fit the smaller ring which prevents the correct spacer block from going in. Adam do you have a fix for this?

The rest of it looks right on though.

I have my '89 wheel that I have addapted to my gen2, did it a little differently. I am using the 89 axle and collers and made a couple spacers to make up for the diameter difference, one in the left side for the swing arm, one in the right side to go through the swingarm and the caliper holder. works fine.
