Does anyone know if there is a thread on modding a pipe for a 125 conversion? Mine just touches but wants to push the back of the pipe down on the rear brake line. Thanks

I've done a PC and a CPI, but I do not go to much into it on my post

I am surprised yours only touches "a bit" .

P/C does....

Peckers pipe went straight on... no interference.

2004 was the year S/H used the 125cc Chassis.

Call P/C, and ask for that pipe.

I gave up the search after AJ wrote "we used the same pipe on Gen 3 LE's , obviously engine placement may be different. "

Maybe I should have dug a little deeper.

Who is Pecker? Does he have a build post, or pics of the fit?

Anyone know the part # if I call PC?

What do you ask for? The '04 SH LE pipe?

I tried a SH PC pipe on my 125 conversion, It was not even close to working, too much tire interference. It was from a gen 2 bike SH bike. I also tried a FMF SH pipe presumably from a gen 3, also not even close.

It is my understanding that the SH pipes are the same as steely pipes, just relocated rear mount.

Unless there is a 125 specific pipe, a newer version of the pipe that is different than the ones I tried, or some MAJOR difference in how the engine is clocked, my guess is the SH pipe is a no go.

I would love to be proved wrong on this.
