I am ready to put a hydraulic clutch on my 500. Any experience which cylinder or part # makes the lightest pull at the lever? Thanks, Bob

cr500 kit, and get them to put a 9.0mm master cylinder on instead of a 9.5mm
also on the slave cylinder gold cap drill a hole that tightly fits carb vent tube, and JB weld 2 feet of it in the hole you drilled making sure its flush....
route the vent line to under the gas tank
this mod lets air escape from above the piston making it easier, it also keeps dirt out better than stock
motion pro makes a lever with a roller bearing, barely tighten the nut that holds the lever on, or you can put a small zipty (tighten with pliers) there instead of the nut

all of this adds up to my clutch being easier than a lot of 250s
