2000 cr5 igniotion wiring

hey guys i have a 2000 cr5 and just recently aquired a brand new stator, flywheel and a 40watt lighting coil for it. now my question for you is can i rewire the 40 watt light coil in addtion to the stock coil to get a better spark? or use my factory coil with the new stock coil for better spark. im not interested in having a light i just would like more power for the spark.
