looking to get one. anybody use this particular one ? hows the qaulity on these things ? dont know anything about these but wanted to keep it under $40. preferably $30 or under.

ya, i've used them for years. that model is no good. I'll post a link later. they should be arround 15$

any advice ? want it to be nonsuspicious. for example like a plane jane car door opener, no blinking red lights, no stupid record noises etc etc. be cool to have a motion detect record mode.

the motion detect one works like crap. i can't find a guy selling the best model out there right now. the lens is the difference. i think its a 909 you want. I have had 4 models, including the one you linked. All but the 909 have a flickering look to the video. I run a 8gb card so it records a full length of the battery charge. It will save every gb i think and will save before the battery gets too low, some models will not.
