It sounded ratty just sitting there, but they all kind of do. I am glad I got rid of my YZ450 traded it for a BMW R1100GS.

i am never using the word skidplate when talking about a briggs,
Shrapnel Containment Device sounds much better :rotfl:
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

it sucks because I was basically doing to same thing to mine with the exhaust directed through the open door into hoofarted's trailer as a friendly morning wake up on guy trip, would have really been bad if it was the same end result :shock:
