ah, In Canada we don't have them either. The mailman opens the door and calls for you, if you don't answer he leaves it with the neighbor or another member of your family that he knows

if they got smoked cause there driving a ricer (or harley) with a loud exhaust, then its ok
reminds me of a time when this ricer is revving his engine at a set of lights to race, without even trying we beat him to the next set (in a clapped out propane fueled pickup). hes behind us at the lights, then dad decides his tires are bald anyways and does a minute long burnout smoking him right out, and aparently shooting little pieces of rubber all over the rice box....
he pulls up beside us and starts yelling, and dad says shut up or im gonna run you over, while slowly cutting him off...
be a douchebag and you will get treated like one

Although, I roll coal over idiots all the time. I was being tailgated by some bitch on her cell phone and doing makeup at the same time while I was doing 80 in the car pool lane. I told my buddy to watch behind us, I engine braked it down the 65, and when she was almost in my truck bed, I romped on it and blanketed her so bad she had to move out of the carpool lane
but I don't do that to innocent pedestrians, thats fucked up.
