I have been using that for years and have some in the garage. We (Air Force Maintainers) call it F-4 tape. Igg-ro has prolly worked with it as well. Good stuff!

Us structure guys don't use Band-aids. A bushing here or there, but no Band-aids.

It works good on chaffed electrical harnesses.
