when we were over your way we checked out some houses in vegas and lets say what you get for 120k is alot more than what i would get for the same money here. sure you can buy a block hre for 55k but it is right on a open cut called the super pit and its going to cost 200 plus to build a house on it and then your surrounded by hillbillies and black fellas
