I just got permission from the landowners across the road to ride their land.
It's probably 3000 acres and they're in the process of clearing parts of it.
Mountain foothills is what it is.
The places they've cleared looks like Unadilla!
Grass has been sown in the cleared areas and is thick and high.
We cut across one of the fields and the grass was so thick, the bikes got on top of it and started to wander.
I don't know if that makes sense.
Anyway, the grass got between my brake lever and engine and stopped my ass cold!
A big creek winds through it too.
I invited my riding buddy Will over to check it out and we took my TY250 and MT250, NO HELMETS!
Yeah, I know. Bad form.
But, it was friggin hot!
We just rode around and checked out the land.
No wheelies or powerslides.
Just a slow paced ride occasionally catching a little speed to dry the sweat.
It was fun.
