Hey Guys,
Well after researching info and finding a low hour 04 CRF450 for a donor over the last year I finally started and completed my build over the last two months... Me and my fabricator buddy did all the work ourselves... He made new frame rails, motor mounts and our own design head stay... I wanted the bike to look as close to a factory production bike as possible... OK... A little build info... Parts I used and installed were 99 CR250 complete ignition, front and rear pipe mounts and air boot, 01 CR250 radiators, shorty and "very expensive" NGK spark plug and cap and Magura hydraulic clutch... Have a look and let me know what you guys think:-) L8R Mark

P.S. Thanks to SolidBro for the fittings... They worked SWEET...

You only need one spacer... Take the one out of the right side and move it over to the left side... Order 52141-KZ4-J40 COLLAR (59MM) for the right side and your done...
