giving the honda nearly a full face lift. about half done with it so far. one more weekend and the grinding should be done. i dont expect 80hp but it should run very well with all things considered and match up great with the cpi pipe :D. nothing ventured nothing gained

my dad had a cr 250 with a snomobile ignition jimmy rigged on there, and it would sometimes get going backwards... my uncle borrowed that bike and was lined up to race his friends, and launched backwards down a bank, wish i was there

Looks tidy, just don't leave a wide exhaust perfectly flat across the top

put a fair amount of thought into this. should be headed in the right direction for the type of power i want. if changes are needed theres still material left.

whats all the pitting on the lower left corner of the exhaust port ?

by 100hp honda
its not pitting. its filings from grinding.

billybob theres nothing to show. no secrets. no magic shapes. looks alot like the stock port with slight bigger area.
