O.K i'm up here in Reno and its snowing again riding is all covered up. I am going down to my Father in laws this weekend and if the weather holds I'm riding Stoneyford Sat. I wrote up a ride report a few back if you are wondering what its like.

Anyway, I ride alone a lot...too much, so I would love to meet up and ride with someone if we sort of match. I like to ride a full desert tank so about 75 miles but I could be talked into heading back with less miles if fuel was an issue. I pretty much like riding everything but prefer technical single track and hill climbs. I don't really consider myself an "A" rider but honestly I am not looking to cruise fire roads so you would need to be the "A" rider type. You need to be able to tear Stoneyfords black diamond hills and cruise single track at a decent clip. Camelback mandatory I don't like to stop very much. Not trying to be a jerk or sound all tough because I am not, but I get such a limited time to ride that when I do this is what I like, probably how I end up alone.

So if you wan't to terrorize Stoneyford....lets get some, as long as they don't close it because of rain the dirt should be pretty good.

Man I hope....Or I'm gonna go crazy. I know they close it if they get over an inch of rain, do they close it just because its raining? I have no problem riding in the rain...I rode Holister Hills in a wetsuit 20 years ago in a downpour....it was a great ride, crashed a lot though.

Everything is open now so I'm going for it. I was there T weekend and had a blast, I was ripping it on Friday or Sat. can't remember. Noaa is calling for a 30% chance of slight rain so if I can get it unloaded and started before they shut me down....I'm out for a full tank. Have a blast at Carnagie! maybe next time.

It was sick...killer traction. Did a little ride report over in that section. Had a blast, hitting it again in 2 week hopefully.
