Post by AdmirableSoup »

I am trying to find a tube/hose that will fit the gnarly pipe to its stinger. Got any ideas where i can find some?

The Honda one works for me. Its a matter of it not sliding for or aft. I have a small L bracket clamped so it doesn't move either way.

Then if I need it. I made a wrap with aircraft hi temp sealant with graphite mess inside of it for strength. A couple of wraps and hose clamps.

ya honda one does work the best i think. shouldnt be more than $20 shipped. cheaper way is some radiator hose.

if you get the honda one youll notice it has 3 grooves or maybe it was 2, i cant remeber right off. i know the cr250 has 3 grooves. i put a zip tie on both ends in the grooves and sometimes in the middle also. i been known to use rtv also but ive had them seal fine without it. rtv will be a hassle if you pull the silencer alot.
