Sensitivity Training

I've got a friend who is a supervisor at the Anheuser Busch brewing facility here in Jonesboro AR. Recently, he saved a man's life by pulling him out of a running augar. Seems that the man had climbed down into the augar when it was locked up, but didn't bother turning off the motor. Obviously a disaster about to happen.
My friend grabbed the man and pulled him out of the device and chunked him on the ground in disgust, calling him "stupid" in the process. The man subsequently filed a complaint, stating that my friend "laid his hands on me with violence", and "called me racist names".
To bring it to an end, my friend has been a supervisor at the plant for 10 years, and now has to attend "sensitivity training". The moron he saved was a temporary employee who has since been let go.
My friend now has a strict "no minorities will be saved" policy.

Calling him stupid was being gentle. Save a life and gets that for it makes me agree with the new policy.
