aluminium boat builders

hey boys are there any professional aluminium boat builders on here i need some no bullshit answers and this is the place i know this is a bike forum but there are alot of guys on here from a vast back ground and a wealth of knoledge, a mate of mine has a ali boat that is developing holes in the hull it has all the right annodes and it tests like the grounds are fine iu have repaired it twice before i cant get photos for a week or so.

If it is in a slip it could be voltage bleed from other boats.
If the bottom is painted, it could be a copper based anti foul paint.
copper+aluminum+water = battery(electrolisis)

sorry boys been busy he only uses it in salt water as we have no rivers or fresh lakes here in kalgoorlie we are on the edge of the desert. so it only sees water maybe 4 times a year it is over 10 years old and the holes are in random spots
it has me scratching my head
