Ok guys, heres one I forgot about. This guy ported my 300R cylinder a few years ago, and HOLY CRAP what a performance change. great quality work, guy is no hack. Prices are damn good too.

I bought a blaster a couple of months ago and he has THE porting setup for it.
The 4 wheeler guys love him.

I guess it don't matter what your working on as long as it flo's the wright direction. Lol!!!!

He knows his shit. I don't know how much work he has on 500's, but the guy wouldnt steer you wrong if he doesnt do much work on the 500's. But with all the people on various forums that praise his work (havent heard a single unhappy person yet), He has to be doing something right. And to be able to do what he does to the 2 stroke quads, I would imagine he can work some magic on a 500 top end as well.

And for what he charges, it would definitely be a good option for a budget build.....but i will say that his jobs outperform many other company's much more expensive jobs. The work he did on my 300R jug was beautiful. I was a dumb kid at the time and didnt take pics, but after seeing some other guy's cylinders on teh interwebs, I've realized that he did a killer job.

turnaround was impressive too.

and bob, thats not so bad......many girls i know are at a week+ :evil:

camping trip would solve that nicely
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

He ported my 4mm banshee and im grinning from ear to ear. Just got back a blaster cylinder from him so will see how that goes
