Post by sly500 »

hey guys long time reader on this site used alot of the great info to rebuild my bike i went from a ktm 300 to the cr wow they are crazy still getting use to the bike after well over 12 months. i got the bike as a bit of a barn find it had been put in there around 10 years ago after racing finke in australia. she was covered in pigeon shit and looking worse for wear so i stripped it down to its undies pics speak 1000 words here she is.

Bike looks great but I'm worried about your front brake hose!

It should be run on the inside of the fork gaurd and why is it bowing out below the guide on the triple clamp? Looks like the front tire could grab it if the suspension compressed

Very nice!

Out of interest, can you still buy the new 01 stickers or something? Would like some oem shrouds and decal combo for my bike.

OEM plastic is better for not turning pink. The OEM plastic comes with the graphics on them...
