which is the maximum of compression (in cc's) for cr500 combustion chamber, which runs on race gas (114oc pur with nitropropane mix)

I don't see why 18:1 isn't reasonable, as long as you use an iKat and Coolhead.

Maximum compression cc's is 491, it will run very nicely with any mix of race gas and nitromethane.

However I dont agree with the above post, I think the roost boost is the only way to get a spark hot enough.

ill have pity...

Im not sure of the CC's but with a compression tester if you are blowing 180-185PSI your doing good. mine requires 50/50 race gas/92 at 180PSI

Send it to GSS, Glan is the CH3NO2 god.

He'll "Nitro-Port" it for only $1,ooo

Same as his trailport, playport, 1/2 race port and fullrace port

When you mix gasoline with nitromethane you get goo, and it wont run...... so whats the difference?

its not a nitromethane but nitropropane

14 or 15 to 1 is the most I would run
That is UCCR (uncorrected compression ratio)
