Internal Urethrotomy!!!
Urethral stricture (restriction) from scar tissue building up. This is my second go at this. Mountain biking/dirtbikes did this to me and no dude is safe from it. Smashed it once hard when I was around 15, pissed blood for days. Eventually gets to the point you can barely piss.
First, you get a camera up your dong, then they go in with a laser and blast all the scar tissue away. You wake up with a 3/8" diameter latex hose hanging out of your willy and there's no way to explain what this feels like. When you move the wrong way at night and it get pulled on, it's like having a rifle bore brush twisted into you. I've had broken bones and i'll gladly take that over this.
The catheter has to stay in for about 5 days of suffering.
#1-Constantly feeling like you're gonna piss your pants-because the balloon inflated in your bladder puts pressure on it.
#2-Being afraid to move because of the shooting pain through your dong
#3-Surfing internet porn is not an option for obvious reasons-there goes an easy method of wasting a week away hahahhaa
#4-mucous and scar tissue/blood oozing out the tip that has to be cleaned all the time or it dries up and feels like a rat tail file
#5-Get a small leg bag for when you're out on the town-yeah right, and a bigger 2L one for overnight.
