I ordered one of these things back on Dec 3 and hadn't seen it, so I blasted off an email this morning.

Thinking that it was gonna be another one of those Yeah,Yeah, we sent it out we don't know what happened.

I couldn't have been more wrong. Not less than 1 hour later I had a response on my crackberry.

"Your Item has been shipped".

First off they admitted the error and corrected it.

And they made up for it.

Props to these guys for great customer service.
