No Wiseco is going to go 3 years the way you hammer on it, no warm up, neglected air filter, and 66 octane gas.
Look at the thing... cracked, yes.
BUT, no blow by, no scoring, no trashed cylinder wall.
Buy another one, and slap it back together.

Man I know everyone hates wiseco's and I sit silently and still buy them. I have a Wiseco on my desk that I ran the crap out of. I rode it on trails mostly and like 8 trips to sand mountain. I ran a stock sized tank of gas through it in 45 minutes holding the dunes hostage while I tore the place a new one. I changed it out because it had just been too long. When I slid the jug up I was tempted to just push it down and keep running. I think I could sell it....it has a crazy amount of hours. I am a nut about air cleaners being fresh, but I warm it up usually in gear idleing down the road so I don't piss off the neighbors, so not great, and my hole drilling job I did with a dewalt in my then crappy lit garage looking not quite as bad as your last pic but certainly not my finest work.
Anyway Brit I can check it out tomorrow and donate it to the el cheepo fund...its just a paper weight right now.

2. Wiseco in the nitrous bike 2 seasons..... Cracked
3. AF motor 3 years stock .25 over.... Cracked

2 wisecos sitting in my shop both with over 100 each on them. they look damm near perfect like posted above the only reason i took em out was paranoia.
And to tell the truth i would rather get a new jug when the forged siezes then a new crank when the cast shatters.

Yeah no need for paranoia, just means you actually do ride the crap out of them, good man, keep up the good work that’s what they are for.
Honda spec for a piston is 10 race hours, then scrap it.

What's the ring gap supposed to be?

.016"
.12" is the tight end of the spec

May as well join the fun- this piston is from 2008 I ride 2x a week in the summer and 1 or 2 times in the winter. I think I could easily put some new rings in this piston and use it a few more years- exhaust side still has the machine marks in it.
With the new rings the end gap is 0.18-19 you guys think I should just run it? The Jug is 2.0 over so I can't machine it again.
