05 CONVERSION..AIRBOX MOD PIX HEAVY

wow that carb looks tight in there. Im wondering if I'll even bother with the CRF250 chasis now....

Maybe i'll do all the tuning with MSD , kx 250 pwk TPS carb and my MILLAR motor in the 250R chasis, then swap over to the small chasis when im set up.

Actually there's more room than the pic shows. I ended up having to shave off the cage screws as they were too short to go thru everything and have enough thread. Ill be using all SS hardware. F-CKEN thing has been a PITA ....

Thats why I used Lexan. You can "See" what your doing. My whole air box was done in a day.

I use Lexan all the time for templates.

It's like having x-ray vision.

Except you can't see girls underpants. :cry:

Yea that's a good idea. I may do that for my next project.
I'm just cleaning up the carb now and Ill begin piecing her back together.
Ill post more pics in a few days.
