I'm looking for anyone who has found (and used) what they would consider a very close match for the OEM "flash red" paint used on the '83-'87 CR's.
I have found a source for paint, but would prefer powdercoating.
Thanks

1800-461-2324

well I think I may have found it now:
"RAL 2002 Vermilion"
also known as PPG part number PCT37230Q.
Google it... it sells for about 12 bucks a pound.
I'll post up again after Christmas when I get the job done...
Right now I think my frame has the Chevy orange rattle-can paint job. Pretty close, but it's getting a bit rough. Old '84 gets some TLC this winter.
