Is that what you guys are doing at the pipe to exhaust flange?

Do you use the oem gasket?

What works best?

As tough as the ultra is............... gas/oil'll eventually soften it up and it'll be blown out in a week or so.

An o-ring set-up is the best/cleanest way to go.

my sh dosent leak at all, nothing... maybe the stock thingy only works if the flange isnt worn out??????????
its been off a few times too
never used any type of sealer either

I just use the high temp silicone stuff on all exhaust sections - works great!

ultra copper for me, and yes, the trick is to make sure both surfaces are totally clean :wink:
