I know people who requested the parts, never received them.... asked again.. told they were shipped, and again, never received them.

How Mercedes Benz would produce cars, if Mick were the only one who bought them.

What can I say?? That hasn't been a problem of mine. I can't speak on someone elses behalf. Things I've ordered from S/H: Pipes, silencers, gas tanks, a rod & bearings, gaskets, fasteners and a shift lever. All parts received in a week. Service Honda and Honda Parts Direct each share 100% of my hard parts needs. Been pleased everytime.

Would you use Wolf rounds in your personal ventilating device?

Not to further steer off topic, but I'm quite sure the 7.62x51 I have to use is the cheapest shit money can buy. Probably imported from China  I haven't seen match grade 7.62 link before...
If the manufacturer who supplied us rounds built dirt bikes, I'm sure they'd make an MPS conversion look like a factory machine :nutkick:

well Paul Stouffers - bought his SH bike used.
if it was as bad as he whines here about, why did he spend his hard earned money on it at all? he looked at it right?
and his wallet spoke a bit louder than anything else,
he his had the bike for years.

anyway-
so -
ya'll wanted pictiures of some of my lastest work ,
I posted what i had on hand , that was recent.

you wanted answers to a few questions , but then rambled on for 6 pages again.. with the typical stuff here , half of it not relevent to SH or your questions.

They are consistant. There are thosands of them.they look incredibly similar.and most importantly. they work,
The industry as a whole has always said good things about fit and finish, and photos just like micks or pauls (which are consistant IMHO) have been in most every major mag..
and yes trigger capes madison larocco etc all ride or rode the exact same bike any other SH customer does.

i hope i've answered your questions.
i weld single pas i nplaces like the coil mount.. that look traditional ands in the style ya''l hoons like, ask stouufers mick or whomever t post photos of non critical area nmounts?
I will always, wash welds in critcal areas,
because i PERSONALLY feel it is the best way to build MY bikes..

you dont think so ,. i get it.

Honda has many welds in a lot of the motorcycles.
as an OEM they had a laege recal on gold wings.
I waas one of many guys tio repair ia ton of gold wing frames with a honda spcified was weld exacxtly the type most of the vocal posters are refering to in SH bikes.

honda specified i MUST do the Gold wing welds that way on thier gold wings that broke.
they trusted me completely to do it properly, i cant remeber just how many i reparied.
They asked me t build everts bike,
PC has had me build several bikes,

Those endoresments mean something to more than a few people.
and so does triggers, capes ,madison, mcgraths, laroccos, lechiens,
who ride the exact same bikes as every other 500AF rider.
there are over two thousand riders on Service 500AFs.
i am doing what i feel is best for my customers long term happiness with thier Service Honda or Service Kawasaki motorcycle.

some of you,
dont like what in essence is a small part of the overall cosmetics of this motorcyle..

if you, who dion teven own my products or bikes,
have no other complainrts.
i've done a good job for 11 years then.

the silence of the 500AF owners spak far far louder

if that upsets ya'll , i really dont understand why it would,

from my viewpoint,
most of you state you're happy in your own solutions to find exactly what you want?
thats all good?

happy for you.

wish you could be happy for yourselves..

worrying about what i do,and why io do it.
, seems a bit odd.
but carry on.

To UZI-
Well ,noone makes new 500AF bikes at this time but SH.
Comparisons in pricing or builds cant be done accurately or fairly.
I suppose , it's a possibilty that mike will do a zero hour new bike
but he has not at this point? ( i'm unsure but i would bet pretty heavy that if h ehad thier be photos here of at least one new completed bike )
heck i'm not dogging the guy on this at all , but its hard to put a finger on if anyone even owns a conversion of his, in real life..
much less a completed bike from them. if so 1 ? 2 ? 5?
whatever it's all good ,
but not a way to compare , or even price compare.

so you have pure speculation ( a favorite of this forum)
if he does at some time build a NEW bike,
will it be on a new 03 cr125?
new engine, every single part new ?
and if so,,
even then the final pricing would likely not be reflective of if
the sane bike was built on an 09 CRF250R chassis and new engine?

thats simply not a fair way to price compare
its not fair to SH, or to mike.
(bob brings this up in one post.. credit there)

we build turn key completed and completely new bikes,
on the latest chassis.

untill someone else does ,
price comparisons cant be made really?

if you want to try and compare "kit style" frame conversions prices?
then no doubt when SH has done the few that its done,
(we typically do not do those)
they are far less expensive.

Not true...

TTM bikes are superior in design, metalurgy, and construction
prove it. or stop posting your opinion, as fact.

it's pure speculation on your part Bob...

you don't know for a fact what we do in terms of anything with outr current model.
so you have no idea how it compares in those fields.
we have over a decade of proven track record with thousands of these bikes.
NOONE else does. sorry if that sticks e in your craw.

Our current bike design is certainly further along,
and superior in handling.
Mike 125 bike design, is an almost exact copy of something i first did 5 model years ago.
thanks for the compliment.

It is, but here are the facts.. as I know them.

1. Design. Mike designed his parts using some sort of electronic, computerized mumbo-jumbo that predicts stress loads, failure points, and all kinds of other design issues.

2. Metallurgy. Mike only uses the same materials that go into his Aerospace / DOD/ Black Contract stuff. Triple Vacuum melt, paper trail all the way back to the mill ( probably to the mine for that matter ) MADE IN USA material. No 3rd world reclaimed aluminum with bogus paperwork.

3. Construction. His welds pass any and all Aerospace / DOD / Black contract inspection. This includes X-ray, destructive testing of production parts pulled at random, and 3rd party analysis. His frames are stress relieved and re heat treated, then ground and polished. No one else can make this claim.

Is it my opinion? Yea.... But its a informed opinion.

AJ - thanks for answering some questions. To think that everyone will agree on all of this is overly optimistic, but we asked questions and you answered...not sure if everything was covered, but it's a little clearer now. Probably caused a few more questions too...but again, thanks.

0 hour bike or a bike that has had almost everything updated, replaced, fixed, polished, or rebuilt?

when the bike is completed next week, the only thing that has had any time on it would be the fork tubes. everything else is new

And told you to stick it up your ASS.....After all the :revolve:
