Must be that GSS setup still laying wood to the 4pokes... the old SOB sure got it right on that motor... still dont know what level of porting it has, and the holes are drilled all willy nilly on the piston.. but it GOES.. LOL..

Maverick you going to give these guys the info on your magic "black box" or keep all the good info to yourself?

With the weld cracking down the middle like that I'd say they didn't have it prepped right where you could get a full penetration weld. With the Y section possibly considerably thicker than the down tube you may have a stress riser issue. Just because it's a pretty weld doesn't mean it's a good weld if it's just laying on the top of the joint. I'd sure like to see come closeup pics after tear down.

Dead on craigus doesn't look like there was any weld prep and doesn't look like he had enough heat

In case he ever woke up, and tried to attempt contacting one of his victims.

I've seen 8 or so different frames now. TIG welding is like someones signature, or snowflakes.... no two are alike.

Every TTM frame looks different.

I dont think Mike welded any of them...

I keep telling everyone to put a doubler or gusset there front and back. I dont care who's work it is. Or at the very least incorporate it into the design.

Cased a double real hard at Comp Edge, I just thought the forks bottomed out. Mine hasn't broke since, but then im about a C rider.

Are those triples stock offset or something else? I'm looking for 20mm offset.
