Oh and I got the airbox and carb mounted today, it was a tight fit, but after a few minutes of messing with it, bam, it fit and is totally usable.
Good Job

Where are the rubbers for the silencer? Its going to be a dif story when there found.
The trick with the airbox is unbolt it from the subframe. Tighten the boot to the carb and the rest is cake.

Loosen your chain...
Great job Terence!

That chain isn't tight, and as soon as the tire is on the ground it will be perfect. I still have to adjust the wheel and tighten the axle though so don't get your panties in a bunch Bobarino.

If you look closely at the last pic you will see the seat/beer cooler at the bottom. And in the same pic you will my helper in the left corner, couldn't have done it without her.

it definitely touches the frame with the backlash in the kicker.

DDDDAAAAMMMMNNNNN. Looks good! What, you didn't like the yellow seat? LOL, the seat was actually left over from the old graphics kit.

The yellow seat and the other stuff I didn't use may get used after I see how this stuff works for me. BTW Billy, do the forks need oil? I checked and the motor didn't have any, so I thought I better ask. Can you think of anything I might need to do to the suspension at all? Or is it all fresh and ready to rock and roll? I am sending the radiators to Mylers tomarrow, they said they have done a cr500 radiator conversion before, and they quoted me a really good price!

Nope, forks are fresh, never even rode with them since they were done. Didn't think about the engine, I can't remember if I drained the oil or Shannon did. The shock would be the only thing I couldn't be certain about, but I was told that it was great, complete and ready to bolt on.

I drained the engine of oil and any residual coolant FYI. I did lube the cylinder with fresh Super M but I think you already redid the cylinder/piston right?

Alright, I got the radiators back today. I just mounted them, and they fit perfect now. I had Myler's fix them up for me. They straightened them, modified them, and fixed a couple spots that were welded poorly. I still need to run a couple hoses and fill them, then I can start the bike. The bottom of the right radiator has the spout on the bottom now, but, they didn't use a bigger diameter tube, so the spout comming off the water pump isn't the same diameter, which means I will have to get creative with the hose. Should be a running bike tomarrow though.
