What made you think that
I really enjoy hearing from people who work at Honda.
They know alot of details that most of us could only dream of.

dubious01, I am running the standard 450 subframe, I used a CFR250 airboot, made the airbox adapter out of two pieces of black Polyethylene. It was originally the top of a poly water tank. It is about 3mm thick.

Ued Shaggy's Head stays, they worked a treat.

Used Shanmans drawings to make up coil mount.

top stuff mate ive been watching your build our bikes are basically the same models, should be welding it up this weekend hope it turns out ok, where did you put your coil, did you get your plug and cap for a good price, i tried a couple of places for the sparkplug and cap they seemed to have quaddrooppalled the price since its hit our shores im still looking for a better deal with that one [from overseas i think]

Hi Matt, I Got my short plug and cap from the states. Wasn't cheap $180 for two plugs, one cap and freight. I didn't need it in the end, I was able to use standard plug and cap. I may need the short plug if I change to bigger tank or stroked motor.
I mounted the coil in mount designed by shanman, I then attached mount to head stay. I will post picture later. It came up realy good.
Danny, The frame had couple of blemish's so we decided to get it polished, $200 Aussie. Bloody cheap.
