Looking Good, Q ? do you have clearance for your tank with the return hose's going over the halo instead of under ? on my gen 4 i need to run them under the halo. is there more room under the gen 3 tank ?

Stoked Today, Good old Jeff came through big time tonight.. He is a true craftsman..

Built the headstay and man it came out nice.. real nice, matter a fact I am going to sleep with it under my pillow tonight

Check it out, the holes are tighter than the factory head and stay holes and it fit the first time(no egged out holes) Super happy with this headstay

Started as this Block of Aluminum

I dont know? It might be kinda hard to do them without the bike being right there do to variances.. I could not believe when he took it over there after drilling the holes and all the bolts went right in first shot nice and snug.. If i would have done it they would be egged out and sloppy lol

:::EDIT::: there was another post here a minute ago asking if he would make more

Looks like I might have to make mine like that.

Finished!!!!!!!!!!! Went and rode it a few minutes ago.. It does indeed have less vibes then the steelie had and feels way more flickable.. Completely ridable.. Now it is time to start the dialing in of the bike for my meaning suspension, stabilizer, wheels tires and what not.. So stoked right now..
