Even with the right setup the paddles still grab the rear fender and fold 'em over, Ive seen it lots at the hillclimbs. Im only worried about it folding my mount and flag into the wheel.

i remember first time out of the gate on mine over some whoops it caught the fender pretty bad and rear shock slammed pretty hard. im going to try the 6.0 spring and i hope its the right one. i cut a new fender that dont look to bad and wont catch on the tire ill see if i can get a pic- it looks like you might have to move the flag mount towards the seat more but maybe not. your setup is shorter than mine so it might catch easier

I'd say why reinvent the wheel.
Springs are like $100-110 new.
Wouldn't Glen or Robbie know/have a formula to figure what spring rate per rider weight/swingarm length should be
Then I'd ask, "Dosen't the sag need to be set like an MX bike as well.
One thing I noticed at the last hillclimb is that the rebound is very important with those ledges. Air time = lose of forward momentum and the ones that were able to roll the ledges had better times at the top.

6.7 is what are on 2 of mine not sure of the other but looks stock, I had a friend re-do the valving on one, and just ran the stock valving on the other. when I set the race sag it turned into a pogo stick so I think its set to 5" and that softend it up.

I wound my spring down the other night and got it from 7.5" to 5.75", it made it really springy so I cranked both clickers in 5 clicks and it seems better now.

Now that you have a long swingarm are you going to install a nice looking N02 bottle mount on the subframe , or keep the LAME look that you currently have working for ya

Yep, three pounds of dead weight in front of the handlebars to offset the 200 pounds of dead weight that's on the seat
